About Crown Gateway
Crown Gateway is a UK-founded property marketing and introduction service. We promote selected developments in Bangladesh and help prospective buyers connect with relevant developers or their authorised representatives.
Crown Gateway is not the developer or owner of the listed properties unless a listing expressly says otherwise. Any reservation, sale, lease or other property contract is entered into directly with the relevant developer, owner or authorised contracting party.
Our property selection
Our current policy is to market developments from REHAB-registered developers. This selection process is intended to improve relevance and credibility, but it is not a guarantee of a developer, project, property, investment return or transaction outcome.
Property information
Descriptions, images, plans, measurements, prices, availability, completion dates and other listing details may be supplied by developers or other third parties. We aim to present information clearly, but details may change and errors may occur. You should confirm all important information directly with the relevant developer or authorised representative before making a decision.
Independent checks
You are responsible for completing independent legal, financial, technical and practical due diligence before reserving, purchasing, leasing or investing in any property. This should include checking title, approvals, contracts, taxes, fees, specifications, construction status and the authority of the party receiving payment. You should use appropriately qualified independent advisers.
Payments
Crown Gateway does not receive, hold or transfer buyer purchase funds. Do not send booking money, deposits, purchase payments or investment funds to Crown Gateway. Payments relating to a property must be made only to the properly verified contracting party using instructions that you have independently confirmed.
Enquiries and introductions
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a property, guarantee availability or create a property contract. With your permission or where necessary to respond to your request, we may pass relevant enquiry details to a selected developer or authorised representative. Crown Gateway may receive a marketing or introduction fee from a developer if a transaction completes.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, submit false information, scrape content in a way that harms the service, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The Crown Gateway name, website design, original text and other original materials belong to Crown Gateway or its licensors. Property images, plans, trademarks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the website for personal evaluation of property opportunities but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
